Human resources is key to realizing the group's strategy and a driver to achieving our growth. An enterprise that uses the latest management methods, an efficient system of rewards, and opportunity to grow can enable employees to realize their potential. The enterprise will develop with the employees.


Talent Concept

Our group's goal for our employees is for them "to be honest, to be professional, to be united, and to be creative". The enterprise highlights the character and capability of the employees and requires every employee to be within the spirit of creative development, and modern management. The enterprise would like to provide employees with a great working environment and development plan with a scientific management system. The talent philosophy of the enterprise is "to gather the talent with culture; to encourage the talent with salaries, to retain talent with our system, and to cultivate their careers." This can ensure the development of both the enterprise and the employees.

Staff training
  • (First) Pre-job training

    The group provides everybody with pre-job training. This includes training them on how to portray a good image of the group, how to maintain a good outlook and reflect the spirit of the group. During the training the group will also covey the group's rules in great detail, educate employees on safety, and third with the study of the Weiqiao Business Employees Handbook, educate them on the business spirit and culture of the enterprise including the goals, targets, management philosophy, and a sense of self worth to cultivate a sense of responsibility and an understanding of the enterprise.

  • (Second)On-the-job training

    The key point of this step in the process is training employees in our technology and processes. Old employees teach new employees the professional knowledge and the skills they need to solve common problems and enable the new employees to become key resources of the enterprise. A series of activities are held including organizing competitive activities to learn the new technologies, creative activities, and the exchange of technology. Every leader must takes responsibility for staff training.

  • (Third) Half full-time training

    In order to improve staff knowledge, the enterprise organizes all the employees to be trained and encourages the staff to spend their spare time taking part in training classes. The group offers all kinds of ways to train staff and provides opportunities to exchange knowledge. Every year a group of employees will be sent abroad for further study.

Cadre selection

From the first day an employee enters the group, an employee file is complied in the labor department. The labor department uses the information in this file as a way to select employees for more important positions.

Every year, college graduates are listed as key staff and a plan for their training will be put in place. These graduates will be regularly evaluated. However, the enterprise's primary criteria in selecting staff is their character not their education level. The enterprise will endeavor to put the right staff in the right positions first according to their ability and second according to their experience. The quality and efficiency of the staff are important as well. The way to success can be chosen and some of the staff have been promoted to leadership roles after several years training.

Salary and welfare

The Group’s remuneration system is consisted of salary and various allowances. In addition, we set up a performance-based reward system, according to which employees could get bonus. The Group pays social securities for employees in accordance with relevant social insurance laws, regulations, policies, as well as the actual situations in Binzhou City, Shandong Province.
